Disabled Barry Anslow blocks the passage of a bus which didn't allow him on because of his wheelchair, even though the bus has a special ramp for wheelchair users.

This was the fourth bus to refuse him entry. The bus driver comes to quarrel with him and does not allow him on. Barry was allowed entry after the driver realised that he was being photographed.
